Home Air Conditioning Installation
Wall-mounted and multi-split systems for bedrooms, lounges, home offices and whole homes, sized to each room and installed by F-Gas certified engineers.

Annual servicing from £85 plus VAT: filter cleaning, coil treatment, refrigerant checks and performance testing, plus maintenance contracts for businesses.
Air Conditioning Repairs
Refrigerant leaks, PCB failures, compressor faults and drainage blockages. Most repairs are completed within 24 to 48 hours, depending on parts.

Wall-mounted split systems
The most popular choice for homes and small offices. Compact, efficient and quick to install, ideal for bedrooms, lounges and individual rooms.
Multi-split systems
Several indoor units on one outdoor unit, each with its own controls, so you can cool or heat different rooms to different temperatures.
Ceiling cassettes
Fitted flush within suspended ceilings, they spread air evenly in four directions. A discreet option for open-plan spaces, offices and shops.
Heating and cooling in one
Modern inverter systems work as heat pumps, keeping a steady temperature all year with lower running costs than electric heaters.

About half of our quotes are made from photos alone. Otherwise a surveyor visits and your quote follows within 48 hours.
- Book your date
We run a live diary, so once the 50% deposit is paid your installation date is locked in.
- Installation and handover
Our engineers fit and test the system, show you how to use it, leave the work area tidy and register your warranty.

Every job is quoted individually, but these are our standard starting prices.

Most homes and businesses pay between £1,800 and £9,000, depending on property size and the number of units.
Annual service£85 plus VAT
Filter cleaning, coil treatment, refrigerant checks and performance testing.
Diagnostic call-out£100 plus VAT
An engineer visits to find the fault. Any parts or further work are quoted separately.
Pay by bank transfer, debit or credit card, or business invoice.

How much does air conditioning cost?
Installations start from £1,800 and most homes and businesses pay between £1,800 and £9,000, depending on the size of the property and how many units you need. Servicing is £85 plus VAT and a diagnostic call-out is £100 plus VAT.
Can air conditioning heat my home as well as cool it?
Yes. The systems we install use heat pump technology, so the same unit cools in summer and heats in winter by drawing warmth from the outside air, even in cold weather.
Can you quote from photos?
Often, yes. About half of our quotes are made from photos of the room and the external wall alone. If we need to see the property, a surveyor will visit and we send a written quote within 48 hours.
How often should air conditioning be serviced?
At least once a year. Regular servicing keeps the system running efficiently, extends its lifespan and helps prevent breakdowns.
What warranty do I get?
Every new system comes with a manufacturer warranty, and every system is registered and documented. As a registered Midea Pro Partner we can offer up to 10 years of warranty when you take an annual service plan.
Which brands do you install?
Midea, Mitsubishi Heavy Industries, Mitsubishi Electric, Daikin, LG, Samsung, Toshiba, Panasonic, Fujitsu and Haier. We will recommend the right one for your space and budget.
