We recently had air conditioning installed by Northern Air Conditioning. They were recommended to us and I'm pleased to say that our experience has been excellent. From the first contact, everything was clear, simple and hassle-free. They took the time to listen to what we needed and even suggested an alternative unit which we hadn’t considered. This ended up making the whole installation much easier than we'd anticipated. Communication throughout the whole process was great and when the original installation date had to be postponed due to bad weather, it was rearranged quickly and without any fuss. On the day of installation. Alan got held up in traffic (due to an earlier accident) which meant he ended up arriving an hour late. These things happen and the delay wasn’t an issue. The most important thing to us was that Alan arrived safely. The reason I mention this is because they did such a good job of communicating with us when it happened. We had a prompt message explaining the delay and that Alan would be there asap. This meant we weren't in the dark, wondering where he was, or whether he was going to show up or not. It seems so simple, but in a world where communication skills are often lacking (or non-existent), the fact that they messaged us so quickly to keep us informed was a big positive. It’s a great example of excellent customer service and we really valued that. Once Alan arrived, we had a brief chat about the unit placement before we left him to it. He worked efficiently and didn’t cause a disruption to our day. When he was finished, he took the time to explain how everything worked before leaving. The a/c unit itself looks great on the wall and fits well in the room, but the quality of the installation work is also outstanding. Alan did such a tidy job and it all looks very smart. He also left the room spotless after he’d finished too which we really appreciated. Northern Air Conditioning have been reliable, professional and genuinely pleasant to deal with. I honestly couldn’t have asked for more. They've given us a stress-free experience from start to finish and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them to anyone else.

From start to finish, Newcastle AC really has been fantastic!, From Karl coming initially to quote / design through to Alan & the installation team on the day. Karl explained everything in perfect detail with a friendly, non pressured approach & answered any questions we had, Alan & his mate (sorry, name I forget 😅), again was superb, professional & spotlessly clean throughout the installation, considering what they had to do, we barley knew they were there! I would 100% recommend Newcastle AC (we have to friends looking for an installer already) as they have been fantastic all round & taken any stress away, the units we chose are superb & heat aswell as cool using the heat pump which is super efficient, very impressed! Alan and Karl provided an excellent, professional service. The installation was carried out efficiently, and you wouldn’t have known they’d been, as the area was left spotless afterwards. We’re really pleased with the result and will definitely consider adding more units throughout the house — and of course, we’ll be using this company again. Highly recommend!! Thanks again!

Alan spent a full day installing the air conditioning in our home in Darras Hall. They were exceptional from start to finish, the room is now super cool and great for sleeping in, it’s the first time in over 20 years I’ve managed to have a lie in and I couldn’t recommend their service enough.
